Sure Schedule™ church scheduling software was developed by OTR Web Solutions Inc. of Calgary, Canada and was born out of the realization that there was an enormous need for a user-friendly tool that would help administrate the various activities and ministries of churches.
Features of the Sure Schedule software are:
- Provides multi-level administration access.
- Creates categories to manage your events more easily.
- Takes categorized events such as “Sunday service 10 AM” or “Pot luck dinner” and enables the church administrator to delegate each event’s follow-up to the category administrators.
- Prints the event’s “Sign-Up Sheet” to post at your church.
- Records the volunteers for the event in the system and notifies of schedule conflicts.
- Emails a reminder to those who have signed up days before the event occurs. Members can confirm or deny their participation in the event when they receive the reminder from the system.
- Daily Reports are available regarding the scheduling status of each event.
- Members notified.
- Members confirmed as participating.
- Members confirmed as not participating.
- Adds new members to the roster.
- Imports a list of existing members into the system.
- Exports the roster into a CSV file.
