Sure Schedule ™ church scheduling software by OTR is the perfect solution for pastors, church administrators and volunteers ─ anyone whose task it is to organize and schedule the various duties and events pertaining to church life.

Conflicts, absences, deviations, Sure Schedule is a “trouble shooter” designed to tackle these complications.

This system contains a feature whereby second level administrators (individual category administrators) provide input and reports which enable the main church administrator to ascertain quickly areas needing attention and follow up. A report may be received daily indicating the status of various assignments, thereby eliminating the need for time-consuming follow up and endless rounds of “telephone tag”. This software takes the guess work and ambiguity out of the scheduling process, while reducing and streamlining demands on administrators.

Incorporated into the Sure Schedule system is a core set of duties or “events” common to many churches as well as the capability to create new ones with the click of a mouse.

The following is a sampling of “events” and duties that Sure Schedule is designed to accommodate:

  • Ushering
