Contacting Customer Care
While the Customer Care web site is the first place to get help and submit service requests, you can also contact Customer Care by email anytime (response is generally within 24 hours) at no expense or by telephone, if you have purchased a Telephone Support Plan (Mon. - Fri., 8am-5pm (MST) excluding holidays).
Prior to obtaining support for any Sure Schedule product, you must first register online. It will take 1-2 days for your support web site account to become active, however you will then be able to contact us immediately for support tickets and gain access to our Support Forum.
